Bramble & Bloom Ltd reserves the right to accept, limit or refuse your order for any reason. Common reasons are unavailability of a product, errors in prices, payment failures and product descriptions posted on the website. By placing your order, you agree that Bramble & Bloomâ€™s total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the price actually paid to Bramble & Bloom for the product.
The deduction of monies from your Payment Card does not mean that we have accepted your order nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order we will credit your Payment Card with the amount deducted.
Where goods are returned by you in accordance with your rights, and in accordance with our returns policy, we shall credit the Payment Card with the appropriate amount.

All orders must be paid for by credit or UK debit cards. We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order, and you cannot pay in installments. We accept Visa (including Delta), Mastercard, Switch & Solo. All prices are in pounds sterling (Â£).
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery when you place you order. It is important that this address is accurate.
Orders will be processed and despatched within two working days; Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail recorded delivery so a signature is required. We are unable to take specific delivery details as we use Royal Mail for delivery and cannot stipulate specific delivery requirements.
As this delivery process is beyond our direct control, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. However we will always do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Goods will be delivered solely to the address specified on your order form, ideally an address where someone will be able to receive it; subsequent redirections or redeliveries are chargeable.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate. We are unable to take specific delivery details as we use Royal Mail for delivery and cannot stipulate specific delivery requirements.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery and a card stating the attempted delivery is left at the address, please collect the parcel from the relevant local depot as soon as you can; if after 1 week you have not collected your parcel it will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for its redelivery, which will be chargeable.
We aim to dispatch all goods within one working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
We trust that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we appreciate that there are occasions you may want to return items. If you change your mind about our products please do contact us immediately at email@example.com (within seven working days).
We will then confirm your exchange or refund with you and provide all the necessary return details. We will ask you to return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less delivery costs. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time.
Please note that personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order Confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery and keep the recepit, as proof of delivery is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us.
Unfortunately we will be unable to accept items broken or lost during return transit, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they have reached us and we will not reimburse you until the goods are returned to us in good (fit for resale) condition. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If goods returned to us are found to be damaged, we will not refund any money. We will tell you this in writing by email. The goods will then be kept at our premises for 90 days from the date of that written notice, after which time we will dispose of them without any further notice to you. You may pay us to return them to you as long as you tell us in writing before the expiry of the 90-day period.

You will receive your exchange or refund (excluding any postage) within 10 working days of us receiving back the goods.
When you order goods from us, or otherwise give us personal information, Bramble & Bloom will not share that information with third parties for marketing or any other purposes without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions listed below.
We may contact you regarding your order and with your permission, to alert you to special offers, new products, updated information and other services or events that you may be interested in.
Bramble & Bloom will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process; Protect and defend the rights or property of Bramble & Bloom; Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of other site users.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the images and descriptions of products on our website are as accurate as possible and give a fair reflection of the product for sale. We do all that we can to ensure that all information such as dimensions and specifications, is correct. Sometimes it is possible that there may be errors. Bramble & Bloom will correct all such errors as soon as it can after it becomes aware of them, but is not liable for any loss or damage caused by them.
Exact colour matches to photographs cannot be guaranteed.
Please be aware that vintage items by their very nature may not be in perfect condition. We will always state clearly any imperfections in the product descriptions.
